Customer Portal:

The FikesMedia Customer Portal allows you to create and view Technical Support cases online. Access to this feature is only available to organizations with an active contract that includes direct technical support from FikesMedia.

Log in to the Customer Portal.

 

Email Support:

Email support is available for all customers, including evaluation customers.

  • Email support@fikesmedia.com

Please include the following information.

  • Company name
  • Contact information
  • Contract number for new cases
  • Service request number for existing cases

Due to the increased volume of emails to this address, response time may be up to 24 hours.
